Recipe: For delicious Amritsari Paneer Tikka Masala - Grilled Paneer in Spicy Tomato Gravy - all you need to add are paneer, tomatoes, capsicum and onion.
Ingredients
Paneer 150 gm
Tomatoes 200 gm (3-4 Medium Size)
Capsicum 1 Medium Size
Onion 1 Small Size

Method
1. Mix the entire pack of spice mix to ½ cup of milk to make a paste.
2. Deep fry paneer pieces till golden brown colour and put in cold water & keep aside.
3. Heat 3 tbsp. oil in a pan.
4. Add cubes of capsicum and onion and fry for 2 minutes.
5. Add tomato puree and fry for 2 minutes.
6. Add spice mix paste and cook well till oil separates.
7. Add 1 cup water, paneer and cook till gravy thickens.
8. Garnish and serve hot with phulka or naan.
Note: You do not need to add anything else. The pack contains salt too.
Chef's Tip: You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
